Humans like to use words. Some of which I pretend to understand, like garden, dinner and biscuits. This is a ruse on my part of course, I understand everything they say, even some of the crazier things.

That being said, the humans also like to make words up and this week it was announced that a new word has got into their human language dikshunry.

The word is ‘permacrisis’ which describes the near permanent state of crisis and muddle that the humans have got themselves into at the moment with the Brekzits, the invasion of Yewkrain, the cost of the living and the way the humans seem to be intent on trashing the plannet.

The She-Human scoffs at this sudden decision to use this new word. She says that the word should have been invented back in 2015 when that-@!!*ing-idiot-Cameron-human decided to have a reffyrendum on leaving the EU.

So if what the She-Human says is right, I have spent my entire life in a state of permacrisis. Might explain a lot like the She Human writing rude things on the Twitter and her and the He-Human spending such a lot of time shouting at the teevee. You mean there was a time when my humans didn’t do all this crazy stuff?
